At Eron's Event Barn we know just how important it is to have your loved ones with you for your special day. That is why we offer a handicap accessible and temperature controlled facility. We can accommodate 300 guests on the upper level of the barn. The reception, meal, dance and restrooms are all located on the same level. We have an indoor chair lift to our upper (main level) from the parking area and a golf cart that staff can drive guests around the property and to the upper level of the barn. Restrooms are also handicap accessible and have multiple stalls. 

The main bar is located on the same upstairs level as the meal, dance and restrooms. There is another bar available downstairs if needed, to have a separate cocktail hour. Eron's Event Barn provides the licensed bartenders, which are included in the facility rental price.

There is a lot of room to roam the property for the perfect photos from lush trees, multiple bridges and natural greenery. Lawn games are very popular on our hill area that connects to the upper level of the barn or downstairs in the barn if the weather is not favorable to be outside. Guests love the outside atmosphere while knowing they can also be comfortable inside the barn.

Many of our couples choose to have their ceremony here. Having everything at one location is often times more convenient. Included with the ceremony are hand-crafted wooden benches and three arch options. White reveal doors are available for an out outside ceremony and brown revel doors for an inside ceremony (that occasionally gets used as a backdrop for the head table).

 

Friday - Sunday Rental

With our Friday-Sunday rental you are able to enjoy the decorating, celebrating and post event wrap-up without having to rush. Our couples spend Friday onsite with friends and family setting up and decorating the barn. Utilize the many decor options at no additional cost. If the ceremony is held at the barn, rehearsal is Friday evening. John and Melissa are present to assist with rehearsal. The rehearsal dinner can also be held at the barn.

 

A bridal salon suite and grooms room allow the bridal party to get ready for the big day without seeing each other.

The wedding couple can choose their own vendors. We provide the bartenders! Melissa and EEB staff can assist with greeting vendors and managing the timeline.

On Sunday many couples will open gifts, clean up and get ready for their honeymoon.

There are many hotel options only 10-15 minutes away in Stevens Point.
