How many guests can you accommodate?
We can seat up to 300 guests.
Why do you rent out for the whole weekend and not just one day?
By renting out for one event over the full weekend we find that everyone is less stressed. This gives you time to make the event truly unique with personal touches just how you dreamed. By Friday night, everything is set for the wedding so there is no need to rush on Saturday, giving you time to actually enjoy your wedding!
Do you have indoor restrooms?
Yes! We have new handicap accessible and temperature controlled restrooms.
Is the Barn handicap accessible?
Yes, we have a chair lift that will get guests to the upstairs. We also have a skywalk that connects to the upper level.
Can the bridal party get ready at Eron's Event Barn, LLC?
Yes, we have a bridal room where the bridal party can get ready for the ceremony. It is equipped with a table, chairs, couches, sink, mirrors, heat and air conditioning.
Do you have a kitchen?
We have a prep kitchen with large sinks, refrigerator. We also have a commercial cooler and ice freezer.
Do we need to have a caterer or can we bring in our own food?
We recommend using a caterer but do not require one. We will provide you with a list of recommended caterers when you tour.
What is your alcohol policy?
Eron's Event Barn, LLC does not have a liquor license. Alcohol is supplied by the renter. Alcohol cannot be sold at the barn. We have liquor liability insurance and that means EVERY drink must be served by our Town of Carson licensed bartenders. We do not allow any third party beverage services as this would conflict with our insurance. All bartenders are included with the rental price. All events in which alcohol is present must have licensed bartenders hired by Eron’s Event Barn.
Do you have heating or air conditioning?
Yes! We have installed heating and air conditioning units for the upstairs hall. Our bathrooms, bridal room and prep room have their own heating and air conditioning units. The downstairs can also be heated. Your guests will definitely thank you for keeping them comfortable during your big day.
What is your season of operation?
Eron's Event Barn, LLC can operate year round because we have heat and air conditioning.
Do you only host weddings? What about other events?
The majority of our weekends are booked with weddings but we are happy to accommodate other events during the week or on weekends with out a wedding. Possible events are anniversaries, birthdays, and corporate events. We also hold Building in the Barn crafting nights and painting parties. Look under the events section for more details.
