Please feel free to contact us with your questions about Eron’s Event Barn, LLC. We’re always happy to answer questions about our venue. Here are some of the questions that we are commonly asked.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We can comfortably seat up to 300 guests.
Why do you rent out for the whole weekend and not just one day?
By renting out for only one event over the full weekend we find that everyone is less stressed. This gives you time to make the event truly unique with personal touches just how you dreamed. By Friday night, everything is set for the wedding so there is no need to rush on Saturday, giving you time to actually enjoy your wedding! After dancing all night long, most people do not want to clean up - we allow you to come back on Sunday for clean-up.
Can I have my ceremony here?
Many couples choose to have there wedding ceremony here in addition to their reception because it is easier for your guests. There are multiple ceremony locations, both inside and out. We also include the use of rustic wooden benches and your choice of arch. Be sure to have a rehearsal here on Friday night so everything will run smoothly on Saturday. Owners, John and Melissa are available to assist with rehearsal.
Do you have indoor restrooms?
Yes! We have multi-stall, handicap accessible and temperature controlled restrooms.
Is the barn handicap accessible?
Yes, there is a chair lift that will get guests to the upstairs level. We also have a skywalk that connects to the upper level of the barn. A golf cart driven by our staff can transport guests around the venue area.
Can the bridal party get ready here?
Being we are open already at 8am Saturday morning, many ladies choose to have their hair and makeup done right here at the barn. We have a bridal salon suite that is equipped with a table, chairs, sink, mirrors, salon chairs, heat and air conditioning. The room is right across from the kitchen so feel free to bring in your own brunch food. We also have a separate groom's room with both heat and air conditioning.
Do you have a kitchen?
We have a prep kitchen with large sinks, refrigerator. We also have a commercial cooler and ice freezer.
Do we need to have a caterer or can we bring in our own food?
We recommend using a caterer, but do not require one. We will provide you with a list of suggested caterers when you tour.
Do you have heating or air conditioning?
Yes! We have installed heating and air conditioning units for both the upstairs and downstairs levels. Our bathrooms, bridal salon suite, grooms room and prep kitchen all have their own heating and air conditioning units. Your guests will definitely thank you for keeping them comfortable during your big day.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, we have wifi.
What is your season of operation?
Eron's Event Barn, LLC is open year round because we have heat and air conditioning. Our peak season is May - October. Check out our blog article about being a venue for all seasons.
Do you only host weddings? What about other events?
The majority of our weekends are booked with weddings, but we can accommodate other events during the week or on weekends without a wedding. We also host youth field trips for our conservation classroom.
Can I come out and tour at any time?
